Terms and Conditions — Catchon TV

1. Interpretation

"Service" refers to the Catchon TV IPTV streaming subscription, including live television channels, Video-on-Demand (VOD), Electronic Programme Guide (EPG), and catch-up functionality. "Subscriber", "you", "your" refers to the individual or entity purchasing or using the Service. "We", "us", "our" refers to Catchon TV. "Content" means the audio-visual material, metadata, and programme information accessible through the Service.

2. The Service

Catchon TV delivers internet-based television streaming with access to over 50,000 live channels, 120,000+ TV series episodes, 250,000+ on-demand movies, and full EPG support across multiple device types. A stable internet connection is required — we recommend a minimum of 10 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K playback. We do not supply internet connectivity, hardware, or VPN services. Channel availability may be adjusted without notice due to broadcaster licensing or regional rights restrictions. Redundant streams are maintained for all major channels to minimise disruption.

3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe.
• You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials — including M3U URL, Xtream Codes API, MAC address, username, and password.
• Your subscription permits streaming on the number of devices specified in your chosen plan (1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 simultaneous connections).
• Sharing credentials beyond your purchased connection allowance is strictly forbidden and will lead to immediate suspension or termination without refund.
• You are accountable for all activity conducted through your account.
• We reserve the right to verify your identity and location to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with regional licensing obligations.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

• All subscriptions are prepaid for the chosen term: 1, 3, 6, or 12 months.
• Prices are displayed in GBP (£), USD ($), or EUR (€) based on your location and include applicable taxes.
• Payments are securely processed through Stripe and PayPal. We never store your card details on our servers.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew. Access expires at the end of your purchased term. Reminder notifications are sent 7 days and 1 day before expiry.
• A free 24-hour trial is available with no payment required and no credit card details needed.
• Reseller credits are available for business partners under separate terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Resell, restream, or rebroadcast the Service or any content obtained through it to third parties.
• Use VPNs or proxy services to abuse server locations, bypass geographic restrictions, or exceed connection limits.
• Share your account publicly, on forums, or with individuals outside your household beyond your purchased connection limit.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or overload our servers, infrastructure, or software.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our Service.
• Record, download, or archive content for redistribution or commercial use.

6. Service Availability and Uptime

We target 99.9% server uptime across our multiple server locations (UK, EU, and US). We are not responsible for downtime caused by:

• Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or network issues
• Your device, hardware, or local network configuration
• Third-party broadcasters or content providers
• Government restrictions or regulatory changes
• Extreme weather or natural disasters affecting infrastructure

We provide 24/7 technical support via WhatsApp and Telegram to resolve any issues you encounter. Our Anti-Freeze technology and redundant server infrastructure ensure a premium viewing experience with minimal buffering.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Because IPTV is an instant digital service, all sales are final once your account has been activated and credentials have been delivered via email, WhatsApp, or Telegram.

We offer a free 24-hour trial so you can verify compatibility with your devices and internet connection before purchasing. Use this trial period to evaluate the Service risk-free with full access to our 50,000+ channels and 250,000+ movies.

Refunds are issued only in the following circumstances:

• Our servers are completely unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours and we cannot provide an alternative solution.
• You were charged twice for the same order or subscription.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, brand assets, and software are the exclusive property of Catchon TV. The "Catchon TV" name, logo, and associated marks are our intellectual property. Channel content available through the Service is provided via licensed content aggregators and remains the intellectual property of the respective broadcasters and rights holders.

You receive a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable licence to access and view content through our Service for private entertainment only. Any commercial use, redistribution, or public exhibition is strictly prohibited.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not own the broadcast channels. We are an IPTV access provider only and do not guarantee the availability of any specific channel, programme, or content at any time. Channel line-ups are subject to change based on broadcaster agreements.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of IPTV services is legal in your country or jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of IPTV streaming in your location before subscribing. Laws vary by country, and we recommend researching local regulations. Catchon TV complies with UK and EU copyright laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Catchon TV, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Service interruptions caused by third-party factors
• Content changes or channel removals by broadcasters
• Device compatibility issues not identified during the free trial

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the total amount you paid for your current subscription period.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Non-payment or payment disputes
• Abuse of our Service, staff, or support team
• Fraudulent activity or chargeback initiation
• Sharing login credentials beyond your purchased connection limit
• Excessive bandwidth usage that negatively impacts other subscribers

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately, and no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription time.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available at catchontvs.store/terms-and-conditions/. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or WhatsApp.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, England. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
